when run in Aliyun ,use other method to get real IP
when run in Aliyun ECS,use myip.ipip.net to get real ipadress.

检测到Agent运行在在阿里云时，使用IPIP.NET来获取服务器的真实外网IP地址，使得命令推送功能正常进行，WEB也能正确看到上线的外网IP。
