Nederlands | Open Nederland is met financiële steun van het SIDN fonds en bevriende organisaties zoals Kennisnet een tool aan het ontwikkelen om makers meer bewust te laten uploaden. Dus "upload doelbewust". Dit levert een korte juridische tekst op die te gebruiken is als een intentieverklaring bij je video, foto, muziekstuk, tekst etc. Daarmee hopen we in de hele "uploadfilter" discussie (Artikel 17 - upload filters) bij te dragen aan de oplossing. Een oplossing waarbij zowel de uploader, het platform als de wetgeving een rol te spelen heeft. Wil je meer weten of meebouwen aan oplossingen. Neem even contact op via bestuur@opennederland.nl

English | With the financial support of the foundation for internet domain registration in the Netherlands (SIDN) and friends like Kennisnet the team at Open Nederland is developing a tool to help uploaders with a legal text, a "declaration of intent" before they upload. This might help to bridge the gap between uploaders and web portals (with lenghty Terms of Service documents). Hopefully this "upload + my intention" button will contribute to the EU solution during the new copyright law implementation (Article 17 - upload filters).
