Adds an encoding option with a default value of
URLEncoding(destination: .queryString)to the Task case.requestCompositeDataThis allows the user to define the encoding that is used for the query parameters.
The default functionality is unchanged; but if someone outside of this library is switching over a
Taskthey will get an error.
