This PR gets Moya to the point where it compiles on Linux. ✨
Here's how to test on a Mac:
Moya's current resolved Alamofire version is 5.4.3, which does not compile on Linux. The latest version of 5.7.1 does, but I didn't want to include this update in the PR. Consumers of Moya on Linux can set the Alamofire version to 5.7.1.
