The bike service in Vienna is very good, but the app is really suboptimal. Pausing the rental (Park function) does not work at all. The bike always gets returned and you might get fined for it as the bike was not returned at one of their station. The support in the app itself is basically useless: It happened to me more than once that the bike that I rent is completely stuck in the station. Even if you immediately return it and report the issue you don't get any refunds. Very frustrating.

The bikes are actually quite good. Their availability in my city (Prague) is much less so, about half the time, there isn't any in 5-10 min distance. The app, however, is pretty bad. Sometimes, my subscriptions are not showing in the wallet section. Once, one was actually removed without any notice. (Since the app doesn't show you pre-paid minutes before unlocking the bike, I was unpleasantly surprised when I was charged for that ride). Maps are sub-par for cyclist or pedestrian use.

It's great when it works but there are serious bugs resulting in massive extra charges. The app's map showing bike availability is often completely inaccurate and unreliable, most of the time the lock doesn't automatically open, but worst of all sometimes returning the bike doesn't properly register, resulting in very high charges to your credit card with no notifications or indications from the app. This should be fixed asap and the app should notify you confirming that the rental ended.
