Had an amazing time presenting at DeveloperWeek Management last week. Big shoutout to the organizers for putting up such an insight-rich and interactive event for managers in fast moving tech organisations. My talk, 'Incident Postmortems for Champions,' tackled how companies can master the art of postmortems, drawing inspiration from the world of sports. We explored how the world of sports approaches learning from setbacks, and how those lessons can be applied during incident analysis. Plus, with the AI Dev Summit happening alongside DeveloperWeek, it was fascinating to see how AI is supercharging developer productivity and output for some of the biggest names out there Here’s to more events like this in the future, always inspiring to be around such creative minds.
