Documentation, Issues options are missed. Also page is not scrollable (unable move for full text "Log Out (admin)")

Do you want change that in mobile screen mode Documentation, wiki, Issue and Log In comes as dropdown menu or you want horizontal scroll bar?

If i have understood the issue right then please assign this issue to me !

Any of variants, that would fix the issue.
