When i draw a rectangle and rotate it the "copy/delete menu" gets strange positions. Depending on the length of the rectangle and the rotation. it's also possible that the menu goes out of bounds.

Example 1 -> Menu hides "rotation-point" -> no more rotation possible

Example 2 -> Menu is wandering out of bounds when change the length of a rotated rectangle

Thank u for reporting, it should be considered in the far future with the behavior improvements
