Add the possibility of logical delete / hide a device.
Add 2 new blocks at the top: Favorites, Hidden.

A new data of type check has been added to the Device data
When marking a device as "Archived", it no longer appears in the list of devices, assets, favourites, down alert, etc. It only appears in the list of "Archived" devices
Marking a device as "Archived", pi.alert asks if you want to stop receiving notifications for this device. If yes, the scan cycle is set as "0 - Don't Scan"
