Association of Tickets to the form, only working if the access profile has the "See all tickets" field enabled. If you are an applicant or observer of the call, do not list the options.

From the tests I did, it is not the plugin, but the GLPI 10.0.15 version. In summer 10.0.13 it was working normally, but it displayed all tickets.

Hi

When you were using GLPI 10.0.13, are you sure you had the same version of Formcreator than now ?

I am not sure. But it used to work. However, I installed a glpi in a test environment in version 10.0.0. 10.0.1, and then I jumped to version 10.0.10. I noticed that in versions of the formcreator plugin 2.13 to 2.13.3 the ticket field does not even appear for the simplified profile. It only appears in version 2.13.4., but the problem remains, I do not display tickets where the user is a requestor or observer. It only works if the profile is for the standard interface and the "See all tickets" function is enabled. It doesn't make sense to have this function in the plugin if it doesn't work for users to select the ticket in which they already participate in the process.

Is there a process for adjusting functionality? I tried using the fields plugin for this function. But it does not list the tickets with the ID, making it difficult for the user to select the ticket on the form.
