I believe it would be very valuable to add listing of new and deleted files via syscheck integrity reporting. IE: Show new and deleted files in the output of "syscheck_control -i ###". This feature is available in filesystem intrusion detection like Tripwire, and it is a feature I sorely miss in OSSEC.
