Look into alternative ways to generate an SVG of navigator's matrix. Looking for the following improvements:

Easy/quick rendering & generally improved code around rendering
Improved look/feel of the SVG, a cleaner design and more cohesive look. Fix legend.
User customizable - all of the current custom options, plus the ability to modify the font size
Ability to easily copy/paste SVG into documents such as MS Word or PPT

One more thing to add to this ticket is that the legend on exported SVGs looks pretty horrible sometimes too, e.g. this Navigator Layer view of APT29
