A collection of "planed" features:

  • do not ask for overlay permissions! (need so far to receive call in background even after ~10 minutes), see https://developer.android.com/guide/components/activities/background-starts
  • more robust / less bugs
  • make the "menu passward" setting into an "edit password" setting
  • use UDP for intiial connection (like WebRTC does) instead of TCP, this should reduce failure scenarios
    • this might fix calling over the hotspot of one device
  • use DeltaChat (Telegram) UI for chat and file send capabilities
  • DynDNS updater?
