We should probably start adopting some sort of CLA flow for PRs, eg, https://github.com/cla-assistant/cla-assistant . Ideally use across all repos.

Probably something along the lines of:

Abide by code of conduct
Patent & copywrite assignment, current & future
Any other CYA important for users
