Can the -f option save the average results per second?

Hi,

note that the averege returned by net_stat.avg_Bps_rx|tx is a averege from last five seconds.

I think that this information make more sense to user see in "real-time",
instead writing in log file, that go be overwriting by last averege.

other ideia is getting a general averege from process, tot_Bps_rx|tx / process_running_time and put this in log,
but to programs that make intense use of network and stop this use for a long time,
the general averege tends to 0.
The time of running of processes alsa could be put in log.

I'm open to ideas.

Thanks.
