I need help: I have setup Docker, installed Portainer - and can access it by Web browser. Installed OpenCTI - now want to open OpenCTI - localhost:8080 (not working) :

get error - https://my/ external ip:8080 (This site can’t be reached
20.12.60.197 took too long to respond. Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
